SPA Yoga

Tuesdays 6 -7:30 pm Be Well Studios North Conway

SPA yoga is a 75 min slow-flow, floor-based, whole-body sensory experience. By engaging all five of the senses with soft candlelight, soothing music, aromatherapy, lots of hands-on assists and a renewed awareness of taste (and sometimes chocolate!), SPA aligns practitioners with the inner wisdom of deep relaxation.The physical practice takes time to open the body’s subtle energy and prepares students to experience new depths of awareness in an extended, guided shavasana. During SPA, you may discover extra hands on assists and massages, a calming candlelit room atmosphere, delightful scents and beautiful music in the background.

Morning Flow and Meditation

Be Well Studios, North Conway Wednesdays at 8:15 am

This flow class will begin with pranayama breath work and brief meditation to open the energy body and quiet the mind.

We will move into mindful asana flow practice, creating some warmth in the body, with a focus on staying present without judgement or expectation.

The last part of our time includes a guided 15 minute meditation, and savasana.

Yin Flow

Be Well Studios, North Conway Thursdays at 8:15 am - 9:30

Class will begin with 45 minutes of a warming vinyasa flow, waking the body up and connecting breath with movement. 

After invigorating the body and mind, we will move into Yin yoga, a passive practice of longer held poses that work with connective tissues, fascia and joints. 

The Yin style draws from traditional Chinese medicine, to open meridians in the body and enhance the flow of Chi (life force energy).

This class is the perfect balance of movement and stillness to begin your day.
